KiefferWoodtli is a Swiss artist duo based in Zurich and New York City. Working across sculpture and large scale installation, their practice explores the conditions of existence and how humans orient themselves within a larger, living world. Their works seek to synchronize nature, space, and perception, opening shared rhythms that extend beyond the individual.

At the core of their practice lies an ongoing investigation into the hidden processes of the natural world — the silent breath of trees, the movement of light across time, the intelligence embedded within water and matter. Rather than representing nature, KiefferWoodtli works through its underlying systems, translating real-time data and organic phenomena into cohesive environments where invisible dynamics become perceptible.

Their installations function as living systems: responsive, temporal, and relational. Through a precise interplay of material, data, and sensory design, they create works that invite a shift from observation to participation. Within these environments, nature is encountered not as something external, but as a force and extension of the self.

Their process is both conceptual and intuitive, grounded in research yet open to emergence. Scientific frameworks and organic behaviors enter into dialogue with sculptural form and atmosphere, resulting in works that oscillate between precision and fluidity, control and surrender.

Their work has been presented internationally, including at Art Basel in Basel and Miami Beach, Art Dubai, the London Design Biennale, and Alvarez Chida Gallery in Mexico City, and is held in institutional and private collections, including the Enea Tree Museum.
